I first met Emily Ciardiello from the global brand I first met Emily Ciardiello from the global brand @foilmefoils in 2018 at a business brunch organised by @theinspiredcoachingco and @hive_community_sa. On this day, I soon learnt the Foil Me name is very renown in hairdressing circles. Emily’s pre-cut foils blew up globally, not only due to their gorgeous designs but through revolutionary technology. I left very inspired after hearing Emily speak that day, and have always been in awe of her business drive and success, all while sharing this with her life partner Iliano. “and may you be at peace with everything that co “and may you be at peace with everything that comes your way” Such a beautiful statement from a yin yoga instructor that has rolled around in my mind for weeks.   A beautiful reminder that life is easier to navigate when we accept what life presents.
A reminder a life of ease is achievable when we can trust hurdles in our lives are divine redirections.
A reminder that challenges in life can help us uplevel to become the person we need to become to achieve our dreams and desires.

However, a statement that has created weight of emotion for me as I process life events.   
Starting with developing a significant mould intolerance after living in my beloved home with non-visible mould. 
This non-visible mould then following my life to my work clinic also.   This mould demanding change. This mould demanding a new way of being for my career, health and wellbeing.   These unforeseen hurdles creating divine redirection in my home and work. The emotional and physical pain too heavy to carry at times. The physical symptoms demanded rest. The overwhelming heartache of feeling forced to find a new home. The heartache of saying goodbye to my loved neighbours and friends who lived nearby. Saying goodbye to a home that I loved with all my soul. The additional despair of also releasing and letting go of my dream work clinic that I worked so god damn hard to create.
My lunch time walks from my work clinic is something I miss the most.

As I process these emotions and become at peace with what comes my way, I make the choice to accept these re-directions...   \\ I have learnt how precious health is \\ \\ I have learnt how to stop living like I am on fire \\ \\ I have learnt how to move my body in slower ways \\ \\ I have learnt to slow down and listen to my soul’s true desires \\
\\ I have learnt to finally put my own needs first again \\
\\ I have learnt to listen to my body as it tells me what it needs to heal \\
\\ I am learning that sometimes we retract before we expand \\ …. And most importantly I am learning that these challenges are helping me to become the person I need to be to achieve my dreams and desires ❤️
