Doors Open
Arrive from 1:00pm to settle into the space before we begin at 1:30pm. Take your time to set up your Pilates mat, connect with like-minded souls, and soak in the peaceful winter views across Moonta Bay from The Seagate as you prepare for an afternoon of restoration.
Welcome + Kara - Fundamental Pilates (45 mins)
The event will begin with a warm welcome from Emma Ward, followed by a gentle Pilates session with Kara Pilates. This Pilates session invites participants to reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement, conscious breath, and core awareness.
Grounded in fundamental Pilates principles, the class supports greater strength, balance, flexibility, and alignment while encouraging a deeper mind-body connection. Suitable for all fitness levels, this nurturing practice offers an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and move with intention.
Following the Pilates session, we’ll take a short pause to relax, reconnect, and ease into the next part of the afternoon before moving into our group yoga practice.
Gentle Yoga with Meagan Elsworthy (30 mins)
Meagan will guide us through a gentle yoga practice combining mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to help everyone reconnect with their body and create a sense of calm and stillness throughout. Through gentle stretching, guided visualisation, and moments of awareness, we’ll be supported to release tension, settle the mind, and prepare the body for the restorative sound meditation to follow.
Deep Restorative Sound Meditation with Gregg
To gently close our afternoon together, we’ll settle into a deeply restorative sound meditation guided by Gregg Chapman.
Gregg’s journey has taken him across the globe, where he has immersed himself in diverse healing traditions, instruments, and sound practices. Alongside years of experience in energy work, he has also had the privilege of learning the didgeridoo from respected Aboriginal yidaki elder Djalu Gurruwiwi. His sessions gently invite participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the grounding and restorative power of sound in a safe and peaceful group setting.
We are truly honoured to welcome someone of Gregg’s calibre to Soul Sessions in Moonta, and can’t wait for you to experience the depth, warmth, and healing presence he brings to this special afternoon.
Connection + Refreshments
We invite you to connect with like-hearted souls, and enjoy platters and a complimentary glass of Champagne or a refreshing soft drink with event scheduled to close at 5pm.
