🌿 After presenting on how to use EFT for weightloss at @healthy_inspirations_prospect , it left me with a burning desire to share this workshop even further.

🌿 It left me wanting to run a soul led, body loving approach to weight loss that is fast, effective and emotionally empowering.

🧘‍♀️The journey back to self can start with only 2 minutes of a day of being still… 🧘‍♀️

🤍So many feel lost, overwhelmed, exhausted

🤍Many feel they have lost themselves amongst the demands of everyone else

🤍Many feel lost in the endless responsibilities

🤍Many know all the ways to fill up everyone else’s cup but have forgotten how to pour to their own cups

🤍Some have even forgotten what they would like poured into their cup if they were to ask

Without recognising this creates frustration, resentment, anger and sadness our lives.

Make the promise today to take the journey back to self.

To listen to your soul’s desires. 🌻

Welcoming @billyoakley_ the Artist to Episode 23 of the Positive Outlooks podcast. Billy’s works are oil paintings, paintings of people, places, animals and nature. They are surreal, dreamlike, spooky, yet comforting and humorous.

After viewing Billy’s ‘Clang’ exhibition at The Newmarch Gallery at Prospect Library as part of the Fringe Festival for 2025 I thought it was time we invited him to the podcast especially with his strong family ties to the
Yorke Peninsula area.

Art is a lifestyle for Billy and his creative flow is
evident in all his life choices, I especially enjoyed talking to Billy about the life changing moment that led to the development of ‘Clang’ and am excited to share this episode with you all.

I have loved sharing the 'EFT Online' Workshop with my community for over 10 years.

What I love most about this workshop is that it doesn't focus on what EFT is, it focuses on ensuring participants experience the transformational magic of the technique.

This workshop next runs 4th June @ 7pm (Adelaide Time) on Zoom.... and if you are an Australian Counselling Association member you will receive OPD points for joining me.
