✨ Soul Sessions – Moonta Bay ✨ 8th February marke ✨ Soul Sessions – Moonta Bay ✨ 8th February marked the second sold-out Soul Sessions at Seagate Hotel, and what a beautiful afternoon it was 💛 I loved starting the day with gorgeous door prizes from Kara Rendell from @karapilates_ and Tarnya Wilson from @puravidahealth_collective, before diving into a grounding EFT meditation. We then flowed into a nourishing Yin Yoga session with Soul Sessions favorite Kerri Oakley, beautifully layered with a soul-soothing sound immersion by Chelsea from @sing.your.soul_soundhealing 🎶 The afternoon was perfectly rounded out with incredible platters by @the_roaming_chef_catering, champagne, laughter, and connection 🥂 A huge thank you to @tideandthrivemedia for capturing these stunning moments so beautifully. ✨ Soul Sessions will return to Moonta Bay in August ✨ Keep watching this space for details, we can’t wait to do it all again 🤍
