Welcoming @alex_mudge_readings & @everybodyflowswithalex to Episode 26 of the Podcast!

Alex is a powerhouse of energy and insight. Firstly, working as a psychic under her maiden name Alex Mudge. You will also find her working as a Pilates instructor at Fifth Street Pilates. Alex is also a wife to Rhys and a Mum to little Harlow.

Alex helps people strengthen not only their bodies but also their connection to their inner wisdom through her Psychic/Coaching business. Her journey hasn’t been without challenges; pre-eclampsia, Hellp Syndrome and also gestational diabetes during childbirth tested her strength, but her ability to grow and inspire through it all is nothing short of remarkable.
