Our Soul Session at Seagate Moonta Bay was everything we dreamed it would be; grounding, soulful, and beautifully recharging. 💙

Together we:
🌊 flowed gently with Yin Yoga, guided by the nurturing presence of Kerri Oakley

🎶 surrendered into stillness with the soothing Sound Bath by Sonja
Miettunen of Hope & Harmony

🥂 connected heart-to-heart over grazing boards from @the_roaming_chef_catering and a glass of Champagne, held in the most stunning seaside surrounds

🎁 Door prize thanks to @puravidahealth_collective and @stacey_keating_fitness
gifting all participants and hosts a one month access to her Thrive Online Program

🍽️ We dined at @capellasmoonta prior to the event who gifted all participants a free soft drink

Elisa and her partner Andrea are the dynamic duo behind the ever-popular @bondstorewallaroo, where you’ll find Elisa (and little Vittoria) hosting, and Andrea creating magic in the kitchen as Head Chef.

There is more to Elisa than delicious food and warm hospitality - her first love is dance. A former professional contemporary dancer, Elisa now teaches at @krankitdance, a name you’ll recognize if you tuned into Episode 21 with Kayla Perry.

Originally from Italy, Elisa moved to Australia in 2013 and has been shining her light ever since.

She’s a force of nature, a ray of sunshine, and someone who instantly uplifts every space she’s in.

This weekend’s reflection comes from St Georges Bakehouse in Virginia ☕️

While meeting a client over coffee, we had a friendly debate at the counter about who would pay. In the midst of our laughter, I jokingly asked the Manager, “Are we your most annoying customers today?”

A few minutes later, the Manager brought out my coffee, with this little surprise written. Safe to say, they have a great sense of humour (and make a great coffee too) 🤣

Thank you for the visit Virginia, we loved Miss Five restaurant over the road also! 💯
