This course was created for anyone who feels stuck in their thoughts, disconnected from themselves, or unsure where to begin when it comes to journalling.

Inside the workshop, you’ll be guided through different journalling techniques, prompts, and practices to help you better understand your emotions, create moments of calm, and discover a style of journalling that feels natural and supportive for you.

Gabby shares the story of losing her beautiful friend Sinead to brain cancer, and how she went on to complete Point to Pinnacle, the world’s toughest half marathon in her honour.

Gabby’s strength, vulnerability, and ability to find meaning through loss is incredibly powerful.

Hi, I am Emma ✨

I am a Life Coach, Counsellor, and Speaker, deeply passionate about helping people create lives that feel aligned, fulfilling, and truly their own.

I am also on an ongoing journey of becoming the best version of myself, committed to doing my own inner work and genuinely walking my talk.

After navigating my own emotional challenges, I can say with a hand on heart, that every tool I use in my clinic is something that has personally supported me through difficult seasons. These aren't just theories or techniques; they are lived, tested, and deeply trusted.

When I'm not working, you will usually find me spending time with my nephews, moving my body at the gym, enjoying Pilates or yoga, watching sporting events or heading out for dinner with friends, ideally with some live music involved.

While I love presenting and facilitating events like Soul Sessions, my heart truly comes alive in 1:1 work. I feel honoured to walk alongside my clients through life's challenges, supporting them to heal, grow, remove barriers, and step into the fullest version of themselves.
