This journey isn’t about weight loss alone; it’s about finding yourself again.
Many people skip the most important part of intent Many people skip the most important part of intention-setting - reconciling the past.
Not to dwell.
Not to judge.
But to create space to acknowledge what shaped us.

Whether parts of 2025 were disappointing, painful, or even unexpectedly successful, they leave imprints. 
When we don’t acknowledge them, our intentions for 2026 can become reactions; driven by avoidance, proving, or overcompensation rather than conscious, aligned choices.

Unprocessed experiences don’t disappear. They quietly influence our goals, our energy, and our nervous system. 
From a self-regulation perspective, unfinished emotional loops keep the body in subtle states of vigilance or threat.

Reconciliation creates completion.
Completion creates safety.
And safety is what allows creativity, motivation, and sustainable change to emerge.

When we reflect with honesty and compassion, we turn the year behind us into wisdom instead of weight. 

Looking back on 2025 with compassion, rather than judgment strengthens self-trust for 2026.
