The journey back to self can start with only 2 minutes of a day of being still.
So many feel lost, overwhelmed, exhausted.
Many feel they have lost themselves amongst the demands of everyone else.
Many feel lost in the endless responsibilities.
Many know all the ways to fill up everyone else’s cup but have forgotten how to pour to their own cups.
Some have even forgotten what they would like poured into their cup if they were to ask.
Without recognising this creates frustration, resentment, anger and sadness our lives.
Make the promise today to take the journey back to self.
Promise to stop.
To be still.
To listen to your soul’s desires.
